Overview
Neu A Diary(이하 “앱”)는 Ahn PH Lab과 Ahn & Ahn Soft가 제공하는 감정 기록·자기 이해 도구입니다. 본 방침은 앱이 데이터를 어떻게 보관·처리·전송하는지를 설명합니다. 앱은 익명 사용을 전제로 설계되어 계정 가입이나 로그인을 요구하지 않습니다.
Neu A Diary (the “App”) is an emotional journaling and self-understanding tool provided by Ahn PH Lab and Ahn & Ahn Soft. This policy explains how the App stores, processes, and transmits data. The App is designed for anonymous use and does not require an account or login.
로컬 저장이 원칙
Local-First Storage
원본 일기, 체크인(Quick·Body·Story·Mind Canvas), 사진, 백업, 설정은 기본적으로 사용자의 기기에 저장됩니다. 외부 서버에 자동 동기화되지 않으며, 백업·복원은 사용자가 직접 실행할 때만 동작합니다. Living Mirror도 공개 링크 없이 기기의 Mirror Lab에만 저장됩니다. iCloud 동기화를 켠 경우에만 사용자의 iCloud Drive 영역에 미러링될 수 있습니다.
Source diary entries, check-ins (Quick, Body, Story, and Mind Canvas), photos, backups, and settings are stored on your device by default. They are not automatically synchronized to an external server; backup and restore run only when you explicitly trigger them. Living Mirrors are saved only to on-device Mirror Lab without a public link and may be mirrored only to your own iCloud Drive container if you enable iCloud Sync.

Data Sent When You Use AI
AI 기능(안지 대화, Daily·Body·Chat·Final·Period 리포트, Mind Canvas 분석, 번역, 음성·TTS, 이벤트 추출)을 사용할 때만 응답 생성에 필요한 최소 데이터가 외부 AI 제공사로 전송됩니다. 여기에는 사용자 입력 텍스트, 감정·바디스캔·캔버스 요약 수치, 최근 대화 맥락과 장기기억 요약, 앱 상태 요약, 사용자가 설정한 최소 프로필(이름·언어·성별·나이), 리포트용 입력 요약이 포함될 수 있습니다. Mind Canvas에서 AI 판독을 직접 실행하면 사용자가 그린 캔버스가 JPEG 이미지로 함께 전송됩니다. 사진 보관함·카메라의 사진, 일기 전체, 기기 식별자와 광고 ID는 전송되지 않습니다. 날씨 문맥을 켜면 저장한 도시·지역명이 선택적 AI 요청에 포함될 수 있습니다.
Only when you use an AI feature—Anzi chat; Daily, Body, Chat, Final, or Period reports; Mind Canvas analysis; translation; voice or TTS; or event extraction—the minimum data needed to generate a response is sent to an external AI provider. This may include your input text, summary scores for emotion, body scan, or canvas, recent conversation context and long-term memory summary, an app-state summary, the minimum profile you set (name, language, gender, and age), and report input summaries. If you explicitly run a Mind Canvas AI reading, the canvas you drew is also sent as a JPEG image. Photos from your camera or photo library, your full diary, device identifiers, and advertising IDs are not sent. If weather context is enabled, a saved city or region name may be included in an optional AI request.

Transport and Providers
전송은 앱 → Ahn PH Lab 보안 서버 중계 계층(Supabase Edge Functions) → 외부 AI 제공사 순서로 이루어집니다. 중계 계층에서 남용 방지, 요청 제한, API 키 격리가 적용되며 전 구간을 HTTPS로 암호화합니다. 텍스트는 xAI Grok을 주 경로로 사용하고 가용성에 따라 Google Gemini, OpenAI 또는 Anthropic Claude로 자동 대체될 수 있습니다. 음성·TTS는 xAI Grok TTS를 주 경로로 사용합니다. 사용자가 제공사를 직접 선택하지 않으며 라우팅은 안정성과 비용을 기준으로 자동 결정됩니다.
Data flows from the App to the Ahn PH Lab secure relay layer (Supabase Edge Functions) and then to an external AI provider. The relay applies abuse controls, rate limiting, and API-key isolation, and the path is encrypted with HTTPS end to end. Text routing uses xAI Grok as the primary provider, with automatic fallback to Google Gemini, OpenAI, or Anthropic Claude based on availability. Voice and TTS primarily use xAI Grok TTS. You do not select a provider; routing prioritizes reliability and cost.
학습과 보관 정책
Training and Retention
본 앱은 사용자 데이터를 자체 AI 모델 학습에 사용하지 않습니다. Ahn PH Lab 중계 계층은 AI 응답 전달 후 요청·응답 본문을 폐기합니다. 외부 제공사 측 처리와 일시 보관은 각 제공사의 API 정책을 따르며, 주요 API 등급은 기본적으로 학습 제외가 적용되지만 정확한 조건은 각 제공사 정책을 확인해야 합니다.
The App does not use your data to train an Ahn PH Lab or Ahn & Ahn Soft AI model. The Ahn PH Lab relay discards request and response bodies after delivering the AI response. Provider-side processing and short-term retention follow each provider’s API policy. Major API tiers generally exclude API data from training by default, but exact terms are governed by each provider.

What We Collect and Do Not Collect
앱은 이메일, 전화번호, 실명, 주소를 요구하지 않으며 광고 ID(IDFA)와 제3자 분석 SDK를 사용하지 않습니다. 첫 실행과 일반적인 홈 진입에서는 위치를 요청하지 않고 Anzi, Italy의 날씨를 사용합니다. 프로필에서 현재 위치나 도시를 직접 선택한 경우에만 위치·도시 검색 정보가 Open-Meteo와 OpenStreetMap에 전송될 수 있습니다. Social Pulse의 익명 감정 종류·강도는 최대 48시간, 정규화된 오류 범주를 포함한 제한된 기능 동작·진단 통계는 최대 30일 뒤 서버에서 자동 삭제하며 계정이나 광고 식별자와 연결하지 않습니다.
The App does not require email, phone number, real name, or address and uses no advertising ID (IDFA) or third-party analytics SDK. First launch and normal Home entry use weather for Anzi, Italy without requesting location. Only after you explicitly select Current Location or a city in Profile may location or city-search data be sent to Open-Meteo and OpenStreetMap. Anonymous emotion type and intensity for Social Pulse are deleted after no more than 48 hours. Limited feature-action and diagnostic statistics, including sanitized error categories, are deleted after no more than 30 days and are not linked to an account or advertising identifier.
Living Mirror와 Mirror Lab
Living Mirror and Mirror Lab
Living Mirror는 사용자가 미리보기를 확인하고 “Mirror Lab에 저장”을 눌렀을 때만 기기 안에 카드로 저장됩니다. 앱은 공개 URL을 만들거나 스냅샷을 공개 공유 저장소로 전송하지 않습니다. 저장한 카드는 Mirror Lab에서 열람·삭제할 수 있고, iCloud 동기화를 켠 경우에만 본인의 iCloud Drive 영역에 미러링될 수 있습니다.
A Living Mirror is saved as an on-device card only after you review it and tap “Save to Mirror Lab.” The App does not create a public URL or send the snapshot to a public sharing store. Saved cards can be viewed or deleted in Mirror Lab and may be mirrored only to your own iCloud Drive container if you enable iCloud Sync.
사용자의 선택권
Your Choices
AI 기능을 사용하지 않아도 일기, 사진, 체크인, 백업은 정상 작동합니다. AI 사용 가능 범위는 사용 중인 등급에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다. 지원되는 등급에서는 프로필의 AI 사용 토글로 언제든 즉시 일시정지할 수 있으며, 토글을 끄면 앱의 공통 AI 게이트가 외부 AI 호출을 차단합니다.
Diary, photos, check-ins, and backup continue to work without AI. AI availability may vary by your selected tier. On supported tiers, you can pause AI immediately using the AI Usage toggle in Profile; turning it off makes the App’s central AI gate block external AI calls.
데이터 삭제
Data Deletion
프로필의 데이터 관리에서 기기 내 일기, 체크인, 사진, 백업을 언제든 삭제할 수 있고 Mirror Lab에서도 저장한 카드를 개별 또는 전체 삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 데이터가 함께 삭제됩니다. 별도로 만든 iCloud·Files 백업은 사용자가 직접 정리해야 합니다.
You can delete on-device diary, check-in, photo, and backup data anytime through Data Management in Profile, and delete individual or all saved cards from Mirror Lab. Uninstalling the App removes on-device data. You must separately delete any exported iCloud or Files backups you created.

이 앱은 만 17세 이상의 사용자를 대상으로 합니다. 미성년자는 보호자의 동의와 감독 아래 사용해야 합니다.
This App is intended for users aged 17 and older. Minors should use it only with parental consent and supervision.

Medical Disclaimer

This App is not a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment, or mental-health services. Anzi is an AI emotional companion, not a person, and the star-origin story is a creative character world. Replies and AI reports are for reference and may be inaccurate. In the United States, call or text 988 for crisis support and call 911 for immediate physical danger; elsewhere use local emergency and crisis services.

The official website guestbook does not request a name, email address, account, or contact details. Submitted text and its submission time are stored for review and become public only after administrator approval. Notes containing personal details, contact information, links, or inappropriate material are rejected or removed. IP addresses are not stored in the guestbook database. The hosting provider may process limited technical access logs for security and abuse prevention. You may request deletion of a guestbook note using the email below.
